Engraving Your Purchases |
How does engraving work?
Field Hockey Specialties is proud to offer the first online field hockey award engraving system. We think you'll enjoy the accuracy this system offers since your order arrives exactly as you input the information.
When you order products that have an engraving option, your can input your engraving right on the page with the large picture. Field Hockey Specialties will use their judgement to choose a font for that award. You will be able to view your engraving in your BASKET. If you wish to edit your engraving, delete the item in your basket and select the item you wish to engrave and reenter the engraving.
In your BASKET you will also see the charges for the engraving, if there are any charges.

- Who's responsibile for accuracy?
Field Hockey Specialties is aware of the tremendous need for accuracy in engraving. No one likes to receive an award with their name or event misspelled. For that reason, we paid to have a system developed targeting that exact need. Once the engraving has been entered into the system and confirmed by you, it is sent directly from our online store into our engraving machines. It is never manipulated by human hands at all. We know you will enjoy the total security of this system. It's just one more thing that sets us apart from the competition. |

Weship standard UPS.
We do not ship for weekend delivery. Only Monday - Friday.
Refer to the UPS map for regular ground shipping days to your area. It will request our zip code to be entered and then will give you a shipping map to your area. Our zip codes is 28403.
2nd day shipping: Items shipped 2nd day will arrive the second day after order is processed. EX: If an item is shipped on Monday it will arrive 2nd day on Wednesday.
3 Day Select: Items shipped 3 Day Select will arrive the third day after order is processed. EX: If an item is shipped on Thursday it will arrive 3 Day Select on Tuesday of the following week.
All packages are insured for the value of the merchandise.
Any damage to merchandise must be reported in 7 days of receiving the items.
Damaged items and packaging must be held to allow for pickup and inspection by the sending carrier
- Changing or Cancelling Orders
Field Hockey Specialties prides itself on 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason your order needs to be cancelled or changed, please contact us within 48 hours of ordering. Call us at 800-249-5772 or e-mail.
- Order Arrival
All items are shipped within 1-2 weeks. If your order cannot be shipped within the 2 week period, Field Hockey Specialties will notify you by phone or e-mail.
Stock items without engraving allow 1-3 business days to process plus shipping
Stock items with engraving allow 7 business days to process plus shipping
Engraved plaques and Trophies allow 2 weeks to process plus shipping
Etched Glass allow 7-10 business days to process plus shipping
Bumper Stickers and Decals allow 7-10 business days to process plus shipping
During May and June allow 2-3 weeks for all engraved items (desk sets, trophies, sculptures, glass.) Any items needed before 2-3 weeks will be charged a $35.00 rush charge.

Field Hockey Specialties stands behind all of our products. We guarantee 100% satisfaction. We inspect all of our products before shipping. If for some reason there is a problem with a product, please call us as soon as possible so we may resolve the issue.
- Return Policy Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your merchandise, Lacrosse Specialties will gladly refund your money with a 15% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for any engraving charges, shipping and handling when Lacrosse Specialties ships the items and any postage and handling charges incurred when shipping the merchandise back to Lacrosse Specialties.
